About this event

Made by Many Hands is an exhibition that aims to celebrate some of the many crafts that have taken place in the Bradford District over the years. Made by Many Hands celebrates traditional and endangered crafts from across the district, such as letterpress printing, stained glass windows, dressmaking, clog making and cycleframe making. We used the list that the Heritage Crafts organisation maintains for UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) to explore the collections and tell local stories. The exhibition will be accompanied by a series of related workshops and events within the exhibition space and the wider Bradford Industrial Museum site – particularly the Heritage Craft Room . Free entry, donations welcome.
