Enjoy art and craft activities, follow the wildlife garden trail, and discover the exhibition showcasing the local history, heritage and natural history of Shipley Glen and Baildon Moor. Drop-in weekends take place every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00-16:00. 7 October, 4 November & 2 December 2026 | 10:00-12:00 Saplings Parent & Toddler Group A monthly nature group delivered by Sponge Tree, featuring seasonal activities, indoor and outdoor play. Reduced rates available thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund. 11 October 2026 | 12:30-15:30 Fungi and Fruit Art Join artist Emma Bairstow for a drop-in acrylic painting session inspired by autumn's fungi and fruit. Enjoy apple-themed activities and games, apple tasting, fresh apple juice, local apple products and Bracken Hall Bramley apple crumble. 23 October to 1 November 2026 Artist Workshops Take part in a series of creative workshops and talks led by Bradford Culture Company artists across Bracken Hall and the Bradford Pennine Gateway National Nature Reserve during the half-term holidays. 25 October 2026 | 12:00-14:00 Fungi Walk Discover the fascinating world of fungi on Shipley Glen with expert guides from the Mid Yorkshire Fungi Group.
