Open Exhibition Artist Talk at Emma Hardaker

About this event

Join us for a series of Open Exhibition 2026 Featured Artist Talks. EV Hardaker is an artist and designer from Hull, who over the last decade, has built a reputation for bold and visually arresting transformations in the public realm. Since having a child in 2024 Emma has moved away from project based work to develop a strong studio painting practice, drawing on her long standing interests in architecture, colour and form. Using collage as a starting point, she experiments with colour, texture and shape, exploring the relationships between them to create unique and harmonious compositions.
