Delete your account
You can delete your Free Pass Yorkshire account yourself, on the website or in the app, at any time.
How to delete it
- Sign in and open My account.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Can’t sign in? Email hello@freepassyorkshire.com from the email address on your account and we’ll delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email address, display name and password
- Your Free Pass
- Your saved places and “been there” list
- Your reviews
What stays
Photos, places and events you added that we’ve published stay on the site so other visitors can still use them, but they’re no longer linked to you. Ask us at hello@freepassyorkshire.com if you’d like them removed too. Payment records are kept for 6 years because the law requires it. To stop our weekly email, use the unsubscribe link in any email. See our privacy policy for more.
