About these terms
Free Pass Yorkshire is run by JRE Marketing Ltd, based in Hull, UK. By using the site or app you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Check before you travel
We work hard to list only places and events that are genuinely free, and we check them regularly. But opening times, prices and access can change without notice. Always check with the venue before you travel. We aren’t responsible for any costs, closures or changes at places we list.
Staying safe outdoors
Walks, cycle routes and outdoor places are for guidance only. Check the weather, wear suitable clothing, follow the Countryside Code and use proper maps for remote routes. You take part in outdoor activities at your own risk.
Your account
Accounts are for people aged 16 or over. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Your Free Pass is for you only. You can delete your account at any time.
Things you add
When you add a review, photo, place or event, you confirm it’s honest and yours to share, and you give us permission to show it on Free Pass Yorkshire and in our social media and emails. Please don’t post anything offensive, misleading, or advertising in a review. We may edit or remove anything that breaks these rules.
Free Pass offers
Offers are provided by local businesses, not by us. Each business sets its own terms and can change or end an offer at any time. If you have a problem with an offer, please tell us.
Businesses and partners
Claiming a listing is free. Paid options (such as featured or premium listings) are monthly or one-off as shown when you buy, and monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Paying never changes whether a place is listed or how we check that it’s free.
Our content
Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors. Photos belong to the people credited on each one. Please don’t copy large parts of the site without asking us.
Our responsibility
We provide Free Pass Yorkshire free of charge and as it is. We don’t limit our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
