About
The Badger Stone is one of the best known carved rocks on Ilkley Moor, its surface marked with cups, rings and grooves thought to be late Neolithic or Bronze Age. Nobody knows for sure what the carvings meant. It is a pleasant walk up from Ilkley and can be combined with the Twelve Apostles or the Swastika Stone.
