About
A small cove where a wooded valley meets the sea, about a mile south of Robin Hood's Bay, with a youth hostel in an old mill just above the beach. At low tide it is a good spot for rock pooling and looking for loose ammonites. The beach disappears at high tide, so check the tide times.
Opening times
- Beach covered at high tide
Times can change, so check with the venue before a special trip.
