About
A small Woodland Trust wood on the edge of Bishop Wilton, reached by a pedestrian gate on Park Lane about 150 metres from the village. A single circular path runs past old hawthorns, wild garlic and medieval ridge and furrow, with a bench at the far end looking out over the Vale of York. Please keep to the path as the chalky ground can slip, and note there is no car park.
