About
This early 19th century windmill on Hessle foreshore once ground chalk into whiting, and sits right beside the north tower of the Humber Bridge. The Chalk Walk heritage trail runs from the Humber Bridge Country Park car park and continues up through five levels of the mill. Space inside is limited so you may need to queue, and the upper floors are reached by stairs only.
