About

Leeds Minster, the Minster and Parish Church of Saint Peter-at-Leeds, stands on the site of the oldest church in the city, with a church recorded here as early as the 7th century. The present Gothic Revival building was designed by Robert Dennis Chantrell and completed in 1841. It was Leeds Parish Church until it became a minster in 2012, and it is Grade I listed.

You can look around the building, light a candle in the Lady Chapel and stop for a cup of tea in the City of Leeds Room.
