About

Loup Scar is a limestone cliff where the River Wharfe swirls through a gorge into a deep pool, just upstream of Burnsall. The Dales Way riverside path runs past it, and you can carry on to Hebden Suspension Bridge for a gentle circular walk. Jumping into the pool is dangerous and best left to the experts.
