About
Nidd Gorge is a Woodland Trust wood of almost 46 hectares on the steep banks of the River Nidd at Bilton Banks. A surfaced forest track leads about 1 km down to the river, with a footbridge, riverside paths, spring bluebells and views towards Knaresborough. Some paths are steep with steps and boardwalks and can be slippery when wet.
