About
A tiny harbour built in 1856 to 1857 to ship ironstone, now a quiet ruin with old harbour walls and a sealed tunnel entrance. The Cleveland Way runs along the clifftop above, giving great views down to the harbour, and the foreshore is known for fossils. The path down has been affected by landslips, so check conditions and tide times first.
