About
This is the church where Patrick Brontë served as curate from 1820 to 1861, next door to the Parsonage where his daughters wrote their novels. Inside you can see the Brontë Memorial Chapel and the family tomb, which holds every family member except Anne, who is buried in Scarborough. The 18th century tower survives from the older church, while most of the building dates from 1879 to 1881.
